Class Schedule

​WEDNESDAY
6.30 - 7.30pm:  BEGINNERS
Children's class that is great for new students. It's fun and friendly. Parents are welcome to come and train with their kids!

7.40 - 8.50pm:  MIXED
Mixed-ability class (adult beginners welcome). It's a bit harder and more focused. To take part, you have to be determined and ready to put in extra effort! Younger students wishing to join this class need to attain at least an Orange Belt grade.

Common Questions and Answers

How old do you have to be to start?
We take children from the age of 5 years.

What should I bring?
1) Sports clothes, 2) Bottle of water, 3) Positive attitude - keep an open mind, be prepared for a bit of workout, and you're all set for an enjoyable experience.

Will there be other beginners there?
We have new students joining throughout the year, so it's very likely that there will be a beginners group when you start.

How much are the classes?
The class fee is £9 per person. We also offer extra discounts for families - more details would be included in the welcome email when you book your first class.

Travelling There

Car: 
Free parking in the private car park next to the hall (please notify the reception staff that you've parked there). Additionally, free parking is available on the surrounding roads after 6.30pm.

10min walk from Plaistow and Upton Park stations
Bus:
