The Standard Class fee is £9 per session. To get a reduced price, you can either buy Class Packs, activate Family Subscription, or add Top Up balance to your account.
To activate the reduced class fee using top up balance, please follow the steps below:
STEP 1: Top Up your Account Balance
Choose the amount that you wish to put onto your account. The following links bring you directly to the relevant Store page:
After topping up, you can use the balance to buy reduced classes as well being able to pay for other items in the Store section of your WellnessLiving account.
STEP 2: Get a Reduced Class Fee
Having credit on your account gives you the option of buying classes at a reduced price and saving money on training.
NOTES:
The £8 prepay option becomes available when you top up your account with credit and have at least £8 positive balance
The £6 Reduced Class Fee option is added to your account when you sign up for Family Subscription. This option is then automatically selected when you book classes and then deducts the relevant amount from your top-up balance after you attend
These class fees can be used for one-off bookings as well as recurring ones
EXTRA NOTE: When buying the £8 Class Fee, please remember to select "Account Balance" payment option. This ensures that the account balance is used instead of charging your card.
STEP 3: Book your class
If you have multiple people linked to your account, make sure you first select the person you wish to book for (click on the top-right menu and select their name).
Open the schedule page, find the class you wish to attend and click Book Now:
Book Recurring (OPTIONAL)
One of the main benefits of using account credit is the ability to book several classes in advance. If you attend karate regularly, then this feature will help you save time on booking each week.
Switch on the "Book recurring" toggle button (located under the Special Instructions):
Select the required time window for the bookings, then uncheck any unneeded sessions:
After clicking "COMPLETE", you should see a booking confirmation screen. If you have a prepaid class fee or Reduced Class Fee, it will be used to book your session. However, if you see a page asking you about payment - you can either pay online or select "pay when I visit":

You'll receive a reminder email before each class. If you cannot attend, please make sure to cancel at least 2 hours beforehand to free that spot up for somebody else and to avoid incurring payment for no-show.
As soon as the instructor marks your attendance on the register, the auto-renew class is refreshed and gets assigned to the next class your schedule. If no future classes have been scheduled then that prepaid fee remains on your account until you're ready to book again.
To cancel the upcoming class you can click "CANCEL" in the booking confirmation email. If you need to cancel several classes or if the class is scheduled further into the future, you can use one of these methods:
Cancel classes using web browser: Log in to your account, click on the menu and select "My schedule". All pre-booked sessions are displayed there. Simply select the ones you wish to cancel and click "EARLY CANCEL SELECTED" button. Alternatively, viewing the schedule page will show the pre-booked classes with a red "Cancel" button. Simply click it to cancel that session. Cancel through Achieve app: Click on "MY SCHEDULE" button at the bottom. Find the required session and click the tripple dot icon or swipe to the left to cancel. NOTE: Any cancelled classes can be easily rebooked (provided that there are spaces available)
Checking your active purchase options
It's good to know what purchase options are currently active on your account.
See active purchase options in web browser: Log in to your account using a web browser (this feature is not available on Achieve app), check that you're on the "Overview" page, then scroll down to see all active items under the "Purchase Options".
