2-hour Cancellation Policy
Prebooked classes can be cancelled without losing money, provided that the cancellation is requested at least 2 hours before the scheduled session. Since class spaces are limited, this 2-hour window has to be reserved for anyone on the waiting list to confirm their booking and take your place. Cancellations made with shorter than a 2-hour notice will forfeit the prepaid class fee.

- Orders made through the online shop would be delivered to class for collection (no shipping/delivery charges apply). The average wait time is 1 week.
- We are happy to exchange uniforms that don't fit, provided that they are returned in a resellable condition
- No refunds would be given on merchandise that has been "made to fit", however, we will do our best to match another similar better-fitting item
- If you make a purchase and then realise it's not what you want, we may be able to cancel it and either: a) reverse the transaction or b) offer you credit. Please contact us as soon as you realise that an error was made.
