Last Saturday, our club has put on a karate demo at the Summer Festival in Poplar. We had 15 minutes to showcase what karate was all about and it went very well. A huge thanks to all the students who took part. You were amazing! Here are some highlights: Stomach punch, downward block, line drill, 1st kata, Saifa, Bassai Dai, self defence, Sepai, and sparring. |
