Notes: "Trial class" means you have no obligation to continue. Some locations can also offer you one class for free (please check when booking).

Trial Karate Class - Chingford
New students are welcome to come and try a class before deciding to continue. This will either be a free class (depending on availability) or you'd just pay for that one session without any commitment to continue.
This is a perfect opportunity to find out if the type of training we provide is suitable for you. Simply pick the best day and time, come along wearing sports clothes, and see for yourself just how much of a positive effect martial arts can have in your life.
